ABOUT THE ROLE The Clinic Operations Manager is the operational leader of the clinic and a critical partner to clinical leadership. This role goes beyond front desk administration. You will oversee facilities, workflows, scheduling operations, team coordination, and the overall operational health of the clinic. We are looking for someone with experience managing facilities or healthcare/clinical operations who can bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence to a growing clinic environment.
