Store Receptionist
Location: Key West, FL
Duration: 3 months
Description:
Position Overview:
- Enthusiastically greet customers upon entering and exiting the Sears store.
- Provides consistent excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- May help with service related tasks.
- Admin clerical function
- Taking phone calls
- Greeting/directing customers
- PA's in the store
- Cashiering, register, completing purchases; outbound calls to customers to book appointments
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have or be pursuing a High School diploma or GED
- Customer service-oriented
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in retail or customer service helpful
- Energized by challenge and thrives in a goal-oriented environment
- On feet most of the day
- No sales required
