Call Center Customer Service
RC Willey is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team and assist customers over the phone. This position requires a dependable professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and help maintain a positive and professional call center environment.
Starting Pay: $18 per hour
This is a full-time, on-site position with the potential to work remotely after training is completed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries related to sales, deliveries, product information, and service concerns with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable liaison, providing phone-based support to internal departments including delivery, customer service, and retail operations to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Proactively follow up on customer concerns and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
