Role Description The Qualifying Insurance Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT. This position is responsible for engaging inbound and outbound prospects, asking structured qualifying questions, and confirming their eligibility and intent for insurance products before connecting them with licensed agents. Position Overview

As a Qualifying Insurance Representative, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients requesting insurance information
  • Qualify clients based on their needs and connect them with licensed insurance agents
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system while following compliance procedures


This is a W-2 hourly position โ€” not a commission-only or independent contractor role.
