Job Summary
Join the iconic Queen Mary as our Director of Experiences, where you'll lead the strategic transformation of guest experiences across Tours & Attractions, Special Events, Retail, Parking, and Marketing. This dynamic leadership role combines operational excellence with revenue optimization to create unforgettable experiences aboard this historic vessel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strategic Leadership & Operations Management: Provide strategic direction for Tours & Attractions, Special Events, Retail, Parking, and Marketing operations while partnering with the General Manager to ensure seamless integration and execution of all guest experiences
  • Revenue Optimization & Financial Management: Develop data-driven pricing strategies, conduct monthly financial forecasting and budget management, optimize parking and peak-period revenue, and drive overall property revenue through strategic sales efforts
  • People Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a diverse management team through mentoring, performance management, recruitment, and succession planning while creating a positive, guest-focused culture that delivers exceptional service
  • Brand & Marketing Excellence: Spearhead brand identity initiatives, analyze marketing effectiveness, identify new revenue opportunities, and enhance property exposure through e-commerce, social media, and strategic partnerships

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the attractions, amusement, or similar industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in special events
  • Exceptional people management skills with ability to motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams
  • Valid driver's license
  • Food Handlers certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Alcohol Awareness certification (or ability to obtain)
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
