Caldera Medical’s Mission - To Improve the Quality of Life for Women!

About Caldera Medical

Caldera Medical's mission is to improve the quality of life for women. We're looking for a National Accounts Director to help us get there by securing the strategic access that gets our Implant and Surgical technologies into the hands of more physicians and, ultimately, more patients.

About the Role

Caldera is looking for a National Accounts Director to take full ownership of our national accounts strategy — driving penetration and securing strategic contracts across both our Implant and Surgical Business Units. You'll be the single owner of how Caldera earns access to GPOs, top-30 IDNs, and RPOs, from initial market assessment through contract execution and ongoing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Access

  • Assess the market and build strategies to expand Caldera's access into GPOs, top-30 RPOs, and IDNs by clearly articulating the value Caldera brings to the healthcare system.
  • Develop penetration strategies in partnership with sales leadership, and lead execution efforts against them.

Contracting & Negotiation

  • Build negotiation strategies collaboratively with sales and business executives, and lead contract term negotiations directly.
  • Own the full contracting lifecycle — targeting, pricing strategy, legal review, negotiation, and compliance review.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Build strong working relationships with field sales teams to ensure national account strategy translates into local execution.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs that track progress against penetration and access goals.

What Success Looks Like

  • Measurable gains in access and share within targeted GPOs and top-30 IDNs.
  • Executed strategic contracts that expand Caldera's footprint across both Business Units.
  • Sustained pricing integrity across all national accounts.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • BS degree
  • minimum 6 years sales experience including 3 years experience selling into healthcare systems
  • superior negotiation & influence skills
  • proven sales closer
  • contracting with healthcare systems (GPO/RPO/IDN)
  • strategic thinking
  • business acumen, analytical
  • strong communication & presentation skills

Competitive Compensation, Comprehensive Benefits, and more!

  • Medical and Dental Benefits – for employee and family members
  • Vision Coverage
  • 401(k) with 4% matching contributions after 90 days of employment
  • Basic Life and AD&D
  • Unlimited Vacation Policy
  • 6 Weeks Paid Maternity Leave
  • 10 paid holidays
  • Being surrounded by amazing people!

(We are using an outside agency to support recruitment for this role so if a candidate is selected for the next steps, they will be contacted by the recruiter.)

Our Culture- Where Career and Passion come together!

  • A Culture of family and team… not a corporate goliath where you’re just another number.
  • All employees get a seat at the table and have influence with management. We care about giving back to the community. Our team donates time to helping local charities throughout Southern California.
  • The Women’s Health Initiative is the heart of what we do, every day we put underprivileged women first.
  • Our goal is to treat 1 million women suffering from incontinence by 2027!
