Regional Sales Manager - Implant - West
Candidates must live in the Colorado, Pacific Northwest, or California areas.

Message from the Hiring Manager:
We're looking for an experienced manager in Medical Device sales to lead a team of direct sales representatives in our West Region to support our growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Exceed monthly performance standards set by the VP of Sales
  • Identify and retain top talent in order to successfully grow sales team
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs (key opinion leaders), key strategic customers and domestic sales team
  • Assistance of development and growth within IDN Systems and GPOs
  • Lead and develop team consistent with Caldera's C4 Values (Care, Collaborate, Challenge & Create)
  • Requires a minimum of 60% overnight travel - 3 nights per week

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Minimum of 2 full years in medical device sales management
  • Experience in fast growth company or division
  • Navigating and obtaining the VAC process; selling into hospitals for the OR
  • Managed at least 5 direct reports
  • Must have positive track record of exceeding quota during tenure as a sales rep
  • Bachelor's degree
