We are a locally owned, award-winning bakery and creamery known for our custom cakes, cookies, pastries, desserts, and house-made super-premium ice cream. We are a busy, hands-on bakery where quality, consistency, creativity, and teamwork are important.

Role Description

Charlieโ€™s Bakery & Creamery is seeking an experienced Full-Time Cake Decorator to join our team in Orlando, FL.

This position is primarily responsible for completing our daily and custom cake orders, including buttercream decorating, piping, borders, writing, flowers, custom designs, and recreating designs from customer inspiration photos. Additional responsibilities include filling and icing cakes, decorating cupcakes and cookies, finishing รฉclairs, preparing mousses and fillings, and assisting with other bakery production as needed.

The Cake Decorator is also responsible for maintaining established par levels of our everyday cakes so finished backup cakes are always prepared and available, with increased production for holidays and other high-volume periods.

This is not an entry-level position. Previous hands-on cake decorating experience is required. A culinary or pastry degree is not required.

Pay: $19โ€“$24 per hour based on experience and demonstrated skill level.
