Job description

Seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, Multi-Asset Sales Manager to oversee three new, and expanding assets in one of the metroplex's fastest growing corridors between Fort Worth and Mineral Wells. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leader in this emerging segment of the housing sector. The modern manufactured home community has evolved into a desired and viable option for home ownership in today's increasingly unaffordable housing markets. Cairn Communities is at the leading edge of this growing trend and has exceptional career growth opportunities as they're currently experiencing exponential expansion, specifically within Texas' major markets.


The focus of the position includes driving all facets of marketing and the sales & leasing business in accordance with the company's growth goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales & leasing in residential property or experience in related areas such as retail manufactured home sales, site-built home sales, or multi-family.  This opportunity will have a heavy emphasis on successful marketing techniques as these are expanding assets with aggressive growth goals that will be achieved through home sales and leasing.  In our unique business model, the home sites are leased, and the homes are sold via finance programs or occupied through our lease-to-own pipeline.  The qualified applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software, as well as possess savvy social media marketing skills.  Bilingual capability in Spanish/English is a highly beneficial in executing the business plan for these assets. A real estate license IS NOT required.


Competitive compensation package includes base salary plus lucrative commission structure, performance bonuses, and annual bonuses. On-site housing in these communities is available as a component of the compensation package. The competitive benefits package includes initially 2 weeks PTO, 9 paid holidays, health/life/dental/vision insurances, 401K w/company match, cell phone, and much more!
