Mesa seeks a Senior Engineer to lead multiple transmission line projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for directing engineers, designers, and technicians to complete projects. and must have the knowledge to reviews designs and deliverables for quality, safety, and constructability.  Future growth into management (Group Lead) is required.

Education/Experience/Licensure:

  • BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college/university
  • 8+ years of Transmission Line experience
  • California PE is required
  • Experience with Southern California utilities (specifically SCE)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from Start to Finish
  • Train / Mentor less senior/experienced Engineering associates and designers
  • Review designs and deliverables
  • Promotes Mesa culture

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE:  $140,000 to $175,000

The expected compensation is a range determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, and qualifications of the candidate, internal equity, work location, and hiring department’s fiscal resources.
