Schedule: Must have open availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and dependable Cooks and Cook Leads to join a dynamic food services team in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong food preparation skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality food service while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards.

This role supports a variety of food service operations, including patient dining, cafeteria services, catering, and childcare meal preparation. Candidates must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.

Key ResponsibilitiesCook
  • Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes and specifications.

  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portion control while minimizing waste.

  • Support food production for patient meals, cafeteria operations, catering events, and childcare services.

  • Perform food service duties including portioning, serving, transporting food, cashiering, stocking, and inventory support.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, equipment, and work surfaces.

  • Follow food storage, handling, and safety guidelines in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

  • Complete quality control documentation and preventive maintenance logs as required.

  • Provide excellent customer service and take ownership of customer interactions.
