Job description

The Play·Grounds Café plays a vital role in our Sage Hills Church mission, specifically in reaching our community. It is an open door for us to reveal and expand God's love in tangible and personal ways. The Play·Grounds Café Manager is crucial in creating an effective structure, positive culture, welcoming environment and developed team to support that mission. This position ensures that organizational processes are put into place that allow the café to run productively. By building and training up our café employees and volunteers, managing café resources and expenses, as well as demonstrating proper operating procedures, the Café Manager fosters a culture of efficiency, effectiveness, and hospitality that reach our church and community with the love of God! 3+ years cafe/management experience required.
