Employment Type: Part-Time
Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking friendly and service-oriented Café Blue Associate to support daily café operations in a welcoming, customer-focused environment. This role plays an important part in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring café standards, policies, and procedures are consistently upheld. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and flexible, with a positive attitude and willingness to work varied schedules in support of Goodwill's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests.
  • Support day-to-day café operations to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines.
  • Assist with customer service duties as needed to support efficient café operations.
