Job Description Job Description Salary Range: $58K - $69K Location: Miami or Ft. Lauderdale office Position: CADD TECH ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provides CADD drafting and design support during the planning, design and construction of engineering projects. Works within the budget allocated.

Identifies budget problems and discusses them with the Project Manager prior to using 50% of allocated time. Works with Project Manager to determine if scope of work or budget needs to be revised. Develops, modifies, and/or reviews drawing according to established standards.

Translates mark-ups into drawings. Checks and plots drawings. Correctly labels final working drawings.

Updates contract drawings/specifications. Reviews all work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting to Project Manager for review. Satisfies client QC requirements for all CADD submittals.

Helps maintain the CADD Standard Operating Procedures document. EXPERIENCE: Typically one to three years of CADD design experience. EDUCATION: CADD design certificate or degree.
