Job description

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cable Production team. This role involves working with small components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has good vision, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and handle small cable components with accuracy and care.
  • Follow production instructions and quality standards.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good vision and attention to detail (ability to work with small components).
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Work Schedule

  • 1st shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • 2nd shift: 4:00pm to 12:30am, M-F MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN IN 1ST SHIFT 2-3WEEKS
