Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Administrative Assistant provides organizational and operational support with a primary focus on administering the   comprehensive business management platform, Ninety.io. This role ensures leadership and teams are effectively using Ninety.io for goal tracking, meeting management, accountability, and process documentation. The position also supports general administrative and coordination tasks across the organization. 


This position is 100% onsite in Argos, IN.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Ninety.io platform. Maintain, organize, and update Ninety.io data, including: 
  • Rocks (company, departmental, and individual) 
  • To-Dos and accountability tracking 
  • Issues lists 
  • Scorecards and KPIs 
  • Core Processes and SOP documentation 
  • Prepare, manage, and publish Ninety.io agendas for: 
  • Level 10 (L10) meetings 
  • Quarterly and annual planning sessions 
  • Leadership and departmental meetings 
  • Ensure meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups are accurately documented and assigned 
  • Monitor completion of To-Dos and follow up with owners as needed 
  • Assist leadership with quarterly and annual planning setups within the system 
  • Maintain consistency and data hygiene across the platform 
  • Support onboarding and training for team members using Ninety.io 
  • Troubleshoot basic system issues and act as liaison with Ninety.io support when needed 

General Administrative Support 

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and team members 
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communications 
  • Prepare agendas, documents, and reports as requested 
  • Assist with internal documentation, workflows, and process improvements 
  • Manage files, records, and shared documentation systems 
  • Support cross-functional coordination and special projects 

Requirements

Required 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of administrative support experience 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • High attention to detail and follow-through 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Comfort with cloud-based tools and software platforms 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion 
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

Preferred 

Experience using Ninety.io, EOS tools, or similar business management operating systems 

Experience supporting leadership teams or executive-level staff 

Familiarity with meeting facilitation and accountability systems

Work Environment/Schedule

  • Office majority of the time. For a short time each day-less than one hour a day, will collect paperwork in the production areas and will be exposed to the manufacturing environment including noise, machinery, and varying temperatures.
