MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior SAP (System Analysis Program) Data Migration Designer to join our team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist business process redesign teams in the development of new business process architecture.
  • Identify and document functional requirements for information systems.
  • Provide technical support to software development teams and develop teamwork plans.
  • Design new organizational structures and document an organization's current business process flow.
  • Perform program management support tasks, such as budget development, status reporting, and work plan maintenance.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, de-duplication, reconciliation, and issue analysis for master and transactional data to improve quality and reduce conversion risk.
  • Support SAP (System Applications and Products) data conversion and migration activities, including data collection, extraction, template preparation, mapping, transformation, validation, and defect tracking across the implementation lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with S/4HANA.
  • Experience conducting data mapping, data validation, migration object modeling, and Syniti.
  • Experience creating Data Migration Objects (DMOs) and mapping legacy data structures to SAP (System Applications and Products) target.
  • Proficiency in SAP (System Applications and Products) Migration Cockpit structures.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting DoD, and/or U.S. Federal civilian agencies on ERP modernization programs.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen and be willing and able to undergo a Tier 2 Investigation with favorable results prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:
  • You must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • You will need to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
  • You will frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
  • You must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $59,100.00-$98,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
