Love working with your hands and taking pride in quality craftsmanship? As a Cabinet Builder at Boldt, you’ll manufacture and assemble high‑quality cabinets and wood components that support projects across the company. In this role, you’ll read shop drawings and specifications, measure, cut, sand, and assemble materials, and operate woodworking equipment to shape and drill components with precision. You’ll inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and workmanship, perform basic equipment upkeep, and work closely with teammates to meet production schedules—while maintaining a safe, organized shop environment and taking pride in doing the work the right way.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $24.09 - $29.94 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. What You Bring

  • Experience operating commercial woodworking or cabinet‑making equipment (panel saw, edge bander)

Nice to Have

  • Experience operating HOMAG nested-base CNC router

Physical & Work Environment

  • Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Work performed in a shop and at job sites, indoors and outdoors
  • Use of PPE and exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
  • Occasional overtime or weekend work as needed
