Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Sell Cabanas and VIP Seating in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Assist customers to their rentals while providing exceptional customer service by explaining park rides, slides and attractions
  • Inform customers on park rides, slides, and attractions
  • Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers or gift cards
  • Offer additional products, such as Breeze Passes, to provide the best park experience
  • Assist customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
  • Maintain knowledge of the rules and regulations of the water park (including attraction requirements such as height restrictions, weight restrictions, proper riding position, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness of rentals throughout each day
  • Assist the Food amp; Beverage service team to achieve superior customer service
  • Create and deliver balloon bouquets to guests who have purchased a Celebration Package
  • Follow Park policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to operate a computer, computer software, cash register, and credit card machine
  • Approachable, outgoing and excited about suggestive selling
  • Ability to accept guidance and supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
  • Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
  • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun- protection
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 30 pounds
