Job description

Requirements for the Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) Manager:
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required; a master's degree is advantageous.
  • Over 10 years of experience in accounting or financial services, with leadership experience.
  • Experience required in the CAAS domain.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and direct accounting operations.
  • Expertise in client relationship management.
  • Strong skills in business development and sales.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled in using accounting software and related technology.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
  • Experience in process improvement and change management is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting platforms is preferred.

Other Key Requirements:
  • Must be local and able to work on a hybrid schedule
  • No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
