Job Description:

  • Team is looking a ServiceNow CMDB Architect to optimize and enhance the current CMDB. This person will evaluate the CMDB's state and health, identify low-hanging fruits, and define a roadmap for improvements.
  • The role requires experience with the CSDM framework and collaboration with various teams, particularly SecOps and the IT team.
  • This person should be a strategic advisor with senior-level experience, focusing on stakeholder engagement and optimizing the CMDB for better service management.
  • In Q2 this person will be evaluating the current ecosystem, identifying gaps in existing tools, and building a strategy for AI integration in IT operations management (ITOM).
  • CMDB Space Optimization of ISI Current state.
  • Being able to build strategy in terms of roadmaps.
  • ITOM Module build strategy around that areas.
  • Experience integrating CMDB with cloud, security, and DevOps tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ITAM, and enterprise IT operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-ITOM certifications preferred
