Job description

The Leads Network is comprised of over 400 brokers across Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, Better Homes & Gardens® Real Estate, Corcoran, and Sotheby's International Realty, supporting over 8,000 certified agents nationwide. Our programs deliver financial value to participating consumers through strategic partnerships with certified real estate agents and a dedicated concierge team.
Our Network Success Specialist plays a key role in enhancing the broker's experience within the CIH Leads Network. You will provide operational and system support, deliver high-quality service, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to process improvements that drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the network.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistency and data integrity by following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to broker onboarding, mergers and acquisitions, promotions, demotions, and terminations.
  • Contribute to the modernization of operational workflows by participating in process reviews, identifying inefficiencies, and documenting or updating SOPs.
  • Support a positive, collaborative team culture by demonstrating accountability, adaptability, and a willingness to engage in cross-functional learning.
  • Manage and maintain accurate broker records and configurations across CIH Leads systems.
  • Provide timely and effective Help Desk support to network members by troubleshooting system issues.
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry for broker information and territory assignments within CIH Leads systems.
  • Support broker-to-broker referral placements by ensuring proper documentation, timely system updates, and accurate revenue capture.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and deliver a seamless broker experience.
  • Serve as a day-to-day support resource for assigned brokers, collaborating with the Director of Network Success team to address questions or concerns within the scope of the role.
  • Assist with broker and agent adoption of CIH products and technology, as well as support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
