This residency requirement exists because the Community and Housing Coordinator's physical presence on-site is integral to the employer's residential operations and cannot be replicated through off-site arrangements.Â
Work Schedule: Standard work schedule is 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of residential operations, the Community and Housing Coordinator is expected to maintain a flexible schedule, including some evening and weekend obligations to support residential and programmatic needs. This role participates in an on-call rotation and must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies. Occasional travel may be required for retreats, training, or conferences. Â
