CCF Mental and Behavioral Services is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our team in providing exceptional care in a supportive and flexible remote outpatient setting. • Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing a structured intake process that helps in developing tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms or in person, customizing therapeutic approaches based on evidence-based modalities suited to each client’s unique situation.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and conduct regular progress evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced teletherapy tools to facilitate remote sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility or logistical challenges.
• Document therapy sessions and client interactions meticulously to maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and team discussions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in the mental health field.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals of various ages and backgrounds seeking support for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside clients in a supportive therapeutic relationship, facilitating healing and growth.

• A current and valid license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LSCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster productive and trusting relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to empathize and maintain a non-judgmental approach towards clients' unique experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload while effectively balancing administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies and a keen ability to integrate them based on client needs.
• Experience with teletherapy services and relevant technology platforms to ensure effective session delivery.

• Competitive salary ranging between $90,000 and $100,000 annually, influenced by caseload and relevant experience.
