Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing a structured intake process that helps in developing tailored treatment plans.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and team discussions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals of various ages and backgrounds seeking support for a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside clients in a supportive therapeutic relationship, facilitating healing and growth.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LSCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
  • A masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster productive and trusting relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize and maintain a non-judgmental approach towards clients' unique experiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload while effectively balancing administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working in an outpatient setting is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies and a keen ability to integrate them based on client needs.
  • Experience with teletherapy services and relevant technology platforms to ensure effective session delivery.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging between $90,000 and $100,000 annually, influenced by caseload and relevant experience.
