Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines policyholders, addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive support.

Manage policy renewals, including reviewing coverage, making recommendations, and processing changes.

Assist clients with claims processing, offering guidance and ensuring a smooth experience.

Accurately document all client interactions and policy details in the agency management system.

Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with a portfolio of clients.

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional relevant coverages to enhance client protection.


Requirements

Possesses an active Michigan Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License or in the process of obtaining one.

Demonstrated experience in a Personal Lines insurance customer service role of at least two years.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A genuine passion for helping people and providing outstanding service.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Familiarity with insurance agency management systems and standard office software.

Ability to multitask.

Excellent documentation skills.
