Job at a Glance 

  • Title: .Net Developer (.Net, C Sharp, MVC) 

  • Location: Philadelphia, PA 

  • Contract: W2 only, 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI 

  • Pay: $70/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match 

Overview 

This role involves collaborating with architects, developers, and business partners to develop enterprise applications. The candidate will work on UI components using Microsoft technologies and perform business and requirements analysis with end-users. The position also includes developing prototypes, architectures, and data models, along with supporting various environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business partners to develop enterprise applications 

  • Develop UI components using a variety of Microsoft technologies including .NET, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, etc. 

  • Perform business analysis / requirements analysis with the help of end-users 

  • Develop prototypes and architectures for new concepts and technologies 

  • Create conceptual data models for database interaction 

  • Perform implementations and support for higher and lower-level environments and other duties as assigned 

Required Skills 

  • Experience using Microsoft Technologies including .NET MVC, JavaScript, AJAX, Classic ASP, etc. 

  • Experience developing sophisticated web-based user interfaces 

  • Experience in Business Analysis and Requirement Analysis 

  • Previous experience developing responsive and mobile sites 

  • Full life-cycle development in an enterprise development environment 

  • Exposure to Agile methodology a plus 

  • Development using relational databases, preferably Oracle or SQL Server 

  • Experience with Voice, Data, Video, Wireless technology a plus 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
