Job description

GrammaTech is seeking CNO Engineers at varying levels of experience to support development, analysis, and testing efforts for mission-critical capabilities. Candidates will contribute to large-scale software projects, build new components, and extend existing tooling with a strong emphasis on C and Python development.


Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities
  • Perform CNO development, analysis, and testing activities
  • Build new software components and enhance existing tooling to meet project requirements
  • Implement and maintain mission-critical capabilities
  • Contribute to large-scale software development efforts in collaborative team environments
  • Develop and maintain solutions primarily using C and Python
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with the C programming language
  • Experience with the Python programming language
  • Experience in reverse engineering
  • Knowledge of IPv4 networking and related protocols
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Ghidra
  • Familiarity with PowerPC or other RISC architectures
  • Experience developing automated test scripts
  • Understanding of dataflow analysis and operational tools
  • Experience with C++
  • Extensive experience with both C and Python development


The base salary range for this position is $150,000-$190,000 per year. This range is based on the Company's good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual salary will take into consideration various factors such as role level, experience, expertise, and education.

We offer a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability benefits, life insurance and a 401(k) plan with company contribution. The total rewards package includes paid holiday and PTO and eligibility for merit increases and performance bonuses.
