The incumbent is also required to use the following programs: Maximo work order program, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access. Answers the phones and records the proper information for Engineering and Maintenance and dispatches E & M technicians and ensures the physical appearance of assigned equipment and plant is maintained. Performs assigned preventative maintenance, repairs, and tasks assigned with proper documentation; demonstrates good flexibility and initiatives; and prepares boilers and other vessels for annual inspections.
