BYLT Development Group is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead the construction of ultra-luxury custom homes ranging from $10M to $40M. This full-time, on-site position plays a pivotal role in overseeing high-end residential projects from inception through completion, with a strong emphasis on field operations and shell construction expertise. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional results on one to two projects located in close proximity to each other.   • Lead and manage, from the field, all aspects of luxury residential construction projects from groundbreaking through final inspection.

  • Oversee shell construction phases with technical precision and attention to detail.

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and budgets.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design specifications.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.

  • Manage project resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Implement high standards of jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications
