BYLT Development Group is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead the construction of ultra-luxury custom homes ranging from $10M to $40M. This full-time, on-site position plays a pivotal role in overseeing high-end residential projects from inception through completion, with a strong emphasis on field operations and shell construction expertise. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional results on one to two projects located in close proximity to each other. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage, from the field, all aspects of luxury residential construction projects from groundbreaking through final inspection.

  • Oversee shell construction phases with technical precision and attention to detail.

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and budgets.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design specifications.

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.

  • Manage project resources to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Implement high standards of jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-end custom home construction projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of shell construction, structural systems, and technical field operations.

  • Proven ability to manage projects in the $10M$40M range.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficient in construction documentation, scheduling, and vendor management.

  • Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the jobsite.
