The Opportunity

You will step into an elite field leadership role, directing the construction lifecycle of one-of-a-kind, multimillion-dollar custom estates. This high-impact position grants you total field autonomy to oversee complex shell phases and manage technical site operations directly from the ground. You will shape a premier regional footprint, driving structural perfection on high-visibility builds for discerning clients.


How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead, directly from the field, all phases of ultra-luxury residential builds from groundbreaking to final inspection.
  • Direct complex structural shell construction phases with absolute technical precision and microscopic attention to detail.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and supervise high-tier specialty subcontractors, trade vendors, and on-site field personnel.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, master scheduling tracks, and rigorous financial budget allocations.
  • Enforce absolute compliance with regional building codes, oceanfront safety regulations, and architectural design specifications.
  • Serve as the central on-site liaison for luxury homeowners, principal architects, structural engineers, and municipal consultants.
  • Implement high corporate standards of jobsite cleanliness, structural organization, and client-facing professionalism.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma, General Education Development (GED) equivalent, or higher level of academic achievement.
  • Minimum of 5 years of verified experience managing high-end custom home construction projects from the field.
  • Deep, authoritative knowledge of structural shell construction, concrete framing, and technical coastal field operations.
  • Proven history managing elite custom estates or residential portfolios within the $10M to $40M range.
  • Active and valid driver's license paired with a strict requirement to reside within a 30-minute commute of Jupiter, FL.
