To thrive as a BWS Manager, you typically need strong product knowledge of alcoholic beverages, inventory management skills, and relevant retail or hospitality experience. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, stock management software, and compliance certifications such as RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is often required.
