Dayshift 5 AM-5 PM (Monday – Friday, Alternate Saturdays)

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse operations safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting company standards.
  • Unload inbound trailers and containers manually or by using pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks.
  • Receive, count, verify, and record inventory accurately using the Warehouse Management System.
  • Move products throughout the distribution center, prepare pick locations, and accurately pick, pack, sort, and load outbound orders according to customer specifications.
  • Follow all company safety policies and promptly report any hazards to management.
  • Perform physical work, including lifting up to 110 lbs and working for extended periods in refrigerated environments ranging from 32°F to -6°F.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math and reading skills.*
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
  • Some positions require operating a forklift to retrieve products stored up to 35 feet high.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently squat and kneel, and lift 80–110 lbs as needed.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete the E-Verify employment verification process.
