Requirements
  • 3+ years in the hospitality industry, preferably in a notable sushi restaurant
  • Japanese fish butchery and Japanese cuisine experience preferred
  • Experience in fine dining restaurants and service
  • Upscale sushi experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in an open-kitchen and chef's counter environment
  • Ability to communicate and work in English, especially while multi-tasking and interacting with guests
  • Attention to professional appearance, care and grooming are necessary for consideration

$72,000 - $85,000 annually including tips
