Every perfectly smoked brisket, every rack of ribs, every house-made sausage link starts with the craft of a skilled butcher. We're one of the most respected BBQ brands in America, and we're looking for someone who takes real pride in the work that happens before the smoke ever starts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Trimming briskets, pork ribs, and pork butts to Little Miss BBQ standards
  • Producing house-made sausage from scratch
  • Hitting daily production schedules while monitoring yields and minimizing waste
  • Following FIFO, food safety, and sanitation standards without being reminded
  • Organizing, labeling, and rotating inventory with precision
  • Keeping your workstation clean and inspection-ready
  • Working alongside Pit Masters and Kitchen Leadership to support daily operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Hands-on experience with meat fabrication, trimming, or butcher shop operations
  • Strong knife skills and an eye for quality you know what good looks like
  • Ability to handle high volumes without cutting corners
  • Dependable, organized, and self-motivated no babysitting required
  • Comfortable on your feet for full shifts and able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Available for early morning shifts and weekends
