Job description

Job Summary
LS Cable & System USA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of electrical busway system projects. This role drives project planning and delivery, manages stakeholder communication, and ensures schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead busway system projects from contract review through close-out, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, execution plans, and risk/issue registers; drive mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Engineering, Sales, Production, Logistics, and Site teams.
  • Manage customer/contractor communication, conduct regular status meetings, and provide clear project reporting.
  • Support project pricing activities and prepare/validate quotations and change orders as needed.
  • Oversee procurement, manufacturing progress, delivery, and site installation coordination to meet milestones.
  • Ensure documentation control, quality requirements, and compliance/safety practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project close-out including punch list resolution, final documentation, and customer acceptance.

Travel / Site Visits
Frequent travel and on-site visits are required depending on project needs (including customer sites and job sites).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or project coordination (electrical/power distribution/construction preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Microsoft Project and/or ERP tools such as SAP is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (required).
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of busway systems and power distribution solutions is a plus.
