JOB DESCRIPTION

Vintage Vine 100 is looking for a skilled and friendly person to join our team! This position plays a big role for creating and providing best customer experience and satisfaction. We are a small and sophisticated wine bar that offers fine wine, craft beer, bourbon and small plates in a newly built stand-alone building within the beautiful McEwen Northside community, located in the heart of Cool Springs. Our concept is focused on providing guests an experience that is exceptional in every way. Vintage Vine 100 is a local family-owned and operated business.


Duties include: being a Server Assistant, responsible for supporting waitstaff in carrying beverages and meal items to designated tables, communicating with servers to determine their needs, carrying food items from the kitchen to the right table and helping with cleanup duties after the conclusion of service. Additional Responsibilities would be polishing glassware and bussing tables.


Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with both staff and customers

  • Ability to take direction and execute team objectives
  • Must be reliable and dependable, follow the schedule provided


Job Type: Part Time

Pay: Competitive wages plus tip share


REQUIREMENTS
  • Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
  • Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
  • Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
  • Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
  • Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
  • Handle various impromptu requests from customers
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and climb stairs
  • Ability to work in a small team environment with General Manager, Kitchen staff and multiple servers
  • Bussing tables and polish glassware
