Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will be the direct leader of a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Guides team at Walt Disney World. This role is responsible for developing, coaching Sales Guides on sales techniques, and enhancing operational efficiencies to move Guests through the sales process.

As the Sales Manager, you will report to the Sales Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Sales Guides, which include role-playing, shadowing, and reviewing phone calls identifying opportunities to improve sales capabilities while ensuring adherence to compliance and legal regulations
  • Mentor, coach, motivate, empower, and train a high performing Sales team
  • Provide Sales Guides day-to-day leadership and direction, motivating the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations
  • Leverage technologies and tools to achieve sales targets
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
  • Identify standard processes to emphasize continuous improvement and consistency in sales process and operations
  • Effectively collaborate with various partners & stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of sales and guest service leadership experience
  • Prior performance management and goal-setting experience.
  • Quickly identifying gaps within the team while developing action plans to enhance individual and team sales achievement
  • Direct involvement in day-to-day operations while also assisting with member and guest concerns
  • Demonstrated solution-focused problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced matrixed sales environment
  • Propensity to think strategically and tactically to achieve and exceed company and team initiatives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Active Florida State Real Estate License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Disney Parks, Resorts, or DVC products.
  • Bilingual communication skills
Required Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

The hiring range for this position in [location] is $91,000.00-$121,900.00 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
