Job Description

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Certified General Appraiser license

  • 5+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate

  • Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)

  • Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL

*This position can be remote or hybrid

The compensation for the position is: salary + fee-split and expected annual compensation of $100,000 - $300,000
