Job description

KE Andrews is excited to be seeking a Business Valuation Consultant for our rapidly growing Rockwall Texas appraisal practice.
What You Do: This specialist will be responsible for all aspects of the business valuation process with a primary focus on clients in the midstream energy space. This position will require appraisal services in business valuation as well as collaborating and working with a dynamic team on a variety of valuation issues affecting our clients. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their experience with complex valuation issues facing the energy industry as well as working in a high-pace collaborative atmosphere in a growing business line for our company. This person will become the expert in business valuation developments, networking within the industries we serve, as well as work with young individuals entering the world of valuation. Multiple opportunities for growth in this position are foreseeable.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics with strong academic credentials
  • 2-5+ Years of experience of appraisal practice within the energy industry a plus.
  • Licensed Appraiser through an accredited organization such as American Society of Appraisers- preferred but not required
  • Experience with business valuation or appraisal practices
  • Ability to perform in an energized team atmosphere
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple project assignments, prioritize tasks and manage ambiguity
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong self-motivation
  • Ability to envision, conceive, plan, implement and follow through with projects or tasks
  • Strategic thinker, able to process information and identify opportunities
