Scope of the role:

The role supports the Market Unit Middle East & Africa and reports to the central function. Candidates should ideally be based within the Middle East & Africa region. Applications from candidates in other locations are also welcome,provided they have the flexibility and willingness to travel regularly within the region and to Headquarters.

Your responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of the Business Unit strategy within the assigned Market Unit in close collaboration with regional stakeholders and central functions.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to support sustainable business growth.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and sales initiatives aligned with the Business Unit Business Plan.
  • Act as the key interface between the Business Unit and the Market Unit, ensuring alignment andeffective communication.
  • Support local organizations in achieving commercial objectives by identifying improvement opportunitiesand driving strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor business performance, analyze KPIs, and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Market Analytics, Product Management, and regionalleadership, to deliver business impact.
What you'll need to be successful:
  • 5+ years of experience (incl. Intenational working experience) in construction industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or Commercial Business Administration.
  • Experience in commercial and sales activities in the region related to construction and/or supply industries.
  • Expert market knowledge including segments, customers, and competition.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to see and understand the bigger picture and develop long-term marketing strategies,
  • Technical knowledge in products of Business Segment slab and wall.
  • Fluent in English and one of the local languages.
  • Influencer and team player.
