  • Support proposal development, account planning, solution design, and executive presentations.
  • Build long-term relationships that position Capgemini as a trusted transformation partner.
People Leadership
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, business transformation, finance, technology, and change management.
  • Coach and develop consultants and managers while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.
  • Manage delivery quality, team performance, and client satisfaction across complex engagements.
Your Skills + Experience

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AIenabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AIaugmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AIdriven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required Experience

  • 15+ years of experience leading finance, operating model, and enterprise transformation initiatives within consulting and/or industry environments.
  • Deep expertise across finance functions including FP&A, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, shared services, and finance operating model transformation.
