Responsibilities
Our Business Transformation group is expanding, and we're building a high-performing talent pool of Senior Analysts across all service lines (Tax, Assurance, Advisory, Outsourced Accounting Services, and Benefits & Insurance).
Business Transformation leads strategic initiatives that shape the future of our firm. Essential Functions and Primary Duties
  • Partner with service line professionals and IT to identify and implement opportunities to streamline and standardize processes leveraging offshore resources, automation, process reengineering and advanced workflow technologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with our Business Intelligence & AI teams to implement advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to empower teams with actionable insights that enhance strategic decision making.
  • Gather, document, and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements that align with project objectives and enable scalable transformation solutions.
  • Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture and document comprehensive process maps that clearly current-state and future-state workflows, gather feedback, and document recommendations for improvement.
  • Support project management activities, including timelines, resource planning, risk identification, and status reporting.
  • Assist with change management efforts, including user training, documentation, and communication strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed transformation initiatives with detailed cost and return on investment (ROI) analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and demonstrating the value and impact.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and adoption metrics to measure success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Champion innovation by continuously evaluating and advising on new technologies, staying updated with industry trends

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in professional services and/or professional services technology transformation (public accounting firm experience and specific experience in one of our service lines strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of professional services processes and ability to quickly learn and navigate diverse service offerings.
  • Understanding of the AI landscape and hands-on experience implementing AI tools, managing change, and delivering measurable value.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to interact effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • CPA certification

Travel Requirements:
  • Less than 10% travel

  • College Degree or equivalent
  • 3 years related experience
  • Ability to lead and coordinate the team activities of others
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to execute and draft technical instructions and guidelines
  • Ability to document daily activities and system functions
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
