Key job responsibilities
- Utilizing data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and measure the impact of improvement initiatives. Build and maintain automated reporting, KPI dashboards, and analytical tools that enable business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions without dependency on ad-hoc requests.
- Develop documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners, key stakeholders, and team members. Ensuring Plan B's are always in place.
- Actively seeking out opportunities to optimize processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall performance across the organization
- Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones, and performance across all projects
- Act as the analytical bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders - scoping ambiguous business questions, defining metrics, and delivering insights that directly influence operational and strategic decisions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of data analysis work and leveraging analytics to make decisions experience
- Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using complex modeling and analysis to inform key business decisions
- Experience with data querying or modeling with SQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
