Position:          Enterprise Transformation Associate

Location:         New York, NY

Duration:        6 Months (High Possibility of Extension)

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of annual operating priorities and strategic growth plans spanning 3 to 5 years for the Enterprise business.
  • Break down complex business challenges into well-defined hypotheses, analyses, alternatives, and recommendations.
  • Develop financial, scenario, and business case models to guide strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and go-to-market considerations.
  • Convert data and analytical findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration across sales, finance, product, alliances, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Facilitate change management and adoption initiatives to ensure new priorities and methodologies are effectively implemented in field operations.
  • Aggregate data from Salesforce, Tableau, Excel/Sheets, and internal reports to generate actionable insights.
  • Create dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports to enhance visibility into business performance and progress of initiatives.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and decision memos for leadership discussions.
  • Contribute to establishing a more disciplined operating model encompassing planning, business reviews, initiative tracking, and decision-making processes.
  • Support continuous improvement of standards, governance, and working norms within the transformation office.

Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, finance, corporate development, investment banking, or a similarly demanding problem-solving environment.
  • Proficient analytical and financial modeling skills, capable of translating data into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets; familiarity with Tableau and Salesforce is preferred.
