We are looking for a Business Support Analyst to provide critical business and operational support across our Liquids Pipelines operations. In this role, you will help ensure the efficient management of fleet administration, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and regional business processes, contributing to the successful delivery of operational and project objectives while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage fleet administration activities, including vehicle records, driver information, fleet reporting, system updates, and lifecycle planning.

  • Coordinate vehicle and equipment procurement, tracking orders, deliveries, licensing requirements, and documentation.

  • Support fleet financial management through invoice processing, cost tracking, reporting, and collaboration with Accounts Payable and Finance teams.

  • Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports, helping regional leaders monitor costs, budgets, and project performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to resolve issues, ensure billing accuracy, and support service delivery.

  • Maintain records, permits, registrations, compliance documentation, and related business processes to support operational requirements.

  • Contribute to process improvement, quality assurance, change management, and regional projects by identifying efficiencies and supporting implementation efforts.

Who You Are:
  • Related university degree, technical diploma, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience working with business and financial systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience preparing reports, managing records, tracking costs, and supporting business operations.

  • Proven ability to build productive relationships with employees, vendors, and business partners.

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting operational, industrial, utility, energy, or pipeline environments.

  • Familiarity with fleet management processes, vehicle lifecycle administration, or equipment procurement.

  • Knowledge of pipeline operations and related equipment.

  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, PI, or Microsoft Copilot.

  • Experience supporting process improvement, project coordination, or change management initiatives.

Working Conditions:
  • Primarily office-based within a field office environment.

  • Occasional travel (approximately 5%) to regional offices, operational facilities, or remote field locations.

  • Regular interaction with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams across multiple business areas.

  • Work requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting business deadlines.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to:

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Salary:
  • Ranges from $55,800 - $75,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
