Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Strategy and Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through strategic initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
  • Assist project teams in identifying opportunities to improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes.
  • Support research efforts including data collection, benchmarking, and industry analysis.
  • Help prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and process documentation.
  • Participate in interviews, workshops, and meetings to observe and contribute to solution development.
  • Assist with project coordination tasks such as tracking milestones and preparing updates.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives including knowledge sharing and methodology development.
  • Learn consulting best practices and tools used in strategy and operations projects.

  • Available for 10-week Summer 2027 internship (June through August)
  • Located or willing to relocate to Chicago following graduation
