Job description

RWE Supply & Trading Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd.

Start date: September 2027

Location: Singapore

Application Deadline: 16 August 2026

From here, choose a whole world of experience.

Join our two-year Business Transformation & Strategy Graduate Programme and take part in four six-month rotations, gaining broad exposure across key business areas. Your journey starts with an initial rotation in Singapore, followed by the opportunity to complete further rotations across the APAC region or internationally, including locations such as Germany, USA and the UK. After the programme, you'll be well positioned to explore permanent opportunities across our global locations and continue developing your career within our corporate functions.

The contribution you'll make

Right from the start, you'll help us continue our expansion into new markets and locations. You'll gain an in-depth understanding of our global business operations and have the chance to connect the dots across the value chain. Your daily tasks and involvement in significant projects will span various areas, including:

  • Project Management
  • Strategy
  • Communications & Events
  • Business Transformation
  • Sustainability
  • Risk Management
  • New Business Implementation
  • Compliance
  • Back Office Functions

The qualities you'll bring

Are you eager to learn and grow alongside experienced experts? Excited by the opportunity to explore new markets with a commercial business that is expanding globally? We're looking for ambitious, curious and analytical graduates who are motivated to make an impact while learning across different corporate functions.

  • A bachelor's, master's or PhD degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Management, or another business-related discipline.
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem solving, with the ability to turn information into clear, commercially aware recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders across teams and functions.
  • Curiosity, proactivity and a strong willingness to learn, take ownership and deliver high-quality work with reliability and integrity.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams, with confidence using digital tools to support reporting, analysis, project delivery and communication.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and a willingness to apply them responsibly for research, summarisation, drafting, analysis and process improvement, in line with RWE policies and responsible-use principles.
  • Flexibility and mobility to work across teams and, where required, international locations, combined with an inclusive mindset.
  • Experience with Power BI, data visualisation, workflow automation or collaboration tools would be an advantage.

From here, you'll have a community of support.

You'll become part of a vibrant and diverse early careers network that extends far beyond the office you're in. You'll also have a buddy and a mentor to support you and plenty of training courses and seminars to build your knowledge. And your career path will be yours to shape, throughout the programme and beyond.

While you're on our graduate journey, we're committed to providing you with a range of opportunities to grow and develop your skills. Alongside job rotations and technical training, you'll be provided with comprehensive behavioural skills training with our expert partner, Cappfinity. This will enable you to harness your strengths from day one and identify new ways to utilise the key Skills That Build Skills. This will support you to reach your potential and goals, shaping your career path. The behavioural skills training is immersive, including interactive sessions where you can learn from our facilitators and your own peers, and self-led elements to support your application of learning back in your day-to-day role.

  • Flexible benefits, including fitness membership support.
  • Modern office environment, up-to-date IT and access to collaborative tools.
