We are seeking a Business Services Specialist to serve as a key member of our Business Services department, providing phone and email-based support for skilled nursing facilities. You will be the foundation of our customer service operations, supporting functional areas including Accounts Payable, Authorizations, and Billing Teams. This role ensures timely, accurate responses to internal and external partner inquiries, while maintaining compliance with company procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries via phone or company portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Manage and document each inquiry and response in the designated company portal

  • Follow standard operating procedures, leveraging the knowledge base or routing inquiries as appropriate

  • Escalate inquiries when necessary to ensure resolution

  • Assist with special departmental programs on an as-needed basis

  • Maintain adherence to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards

  • Share knowledge and feedback with team and supervisor to support continuous improvement
