Business Service Technicians are professionals who install, maintain, and repair telecommunications and networking equipment for businesses. Their responsibilities often include setting up phone systems, internet connections, and troubleshooting service outages or technical issues. They work closely with business clients to ensure that communication systems operate efficiently and may provide training or support on new technologies. This role typically requires technical knowledge in networking, strong problem-solving skills, and good customer service abilities.
