Job description

You must be a highly motivated self-starter, not afraid to cold call, have strong negotiation skills, and be able to provide a demonstrable record of outside business to business sales.
Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commission paid monthly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will demonstrate excellence in all aspects of business-to-business sales development.
- A successful candidate will adhere to the ALLO core values of local, honest, exceptional, and hassle-free.
- Consistently drives the organization to exceed sales and revenue targets for the business sales division.
- Actively prospect and generate leads for new business sales opportunities in the assigned network area.
- Present and promote ALLO's fiber services to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and understand customers' requirements to tailor the best solutions for their specific needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position ALLO services in the marketplace.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent ALLO and generate leads.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
- Experience driving business growth in an outside business-to-business sales environment
- Previous experience in telecommunications infrastructure, fiber internet services, or related technologies is preferred but not required
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional teamwork is a must
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Creative talents and ability to problem-solve
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for technology
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
