Overview:
Business Analyst
"• Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
• Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them using specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identifies issues that affect system processes and assists in correcting. Ensures compliance through testing and analysis.
• Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on analysis results.
• System Support - Provides expert technical support including log Analysis for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output.
• Ability to understand and document system requirements for real time & Async integration data flows
• Participate in the migration of commercial loans from legacy system of record to strategic system of record and it's impact on the user-facing online service.
• Will involve examining all fields being used and how they are mapped to the new system, as well as an analysis of business rules used to determine how/if/when the loan data is presented online
• The SA will help determine what business rules will be needed to support the new source of data. SA will also help create associated backend API stories to support these changes.
• The SA will help identify differences between the legacy system of record and the new system of record that could create changes in the existing online functionality. "
